Right from our initial meeting it was apparent Paul was the right man for the job. His outgoing but unimposing nature is exactly what is required in a wedding photographer. Paul came out to our house for the pre-wedding shoot which really helped to put us at ease and ultimately feel more relaxed on the day. The timing was scarily perfect for this visit as we were graced with a spectacularly vivid double rainbow which Paul wasted no time in taking full advantage of. The resulting pictures were breathtaking. On our wedding day Paul was faultless. With a challenging schedule from one sight capturing groom and best man in the morning to the next (30 miles away) capturing the bridal preparations before getting in place to record the arrival of the day guests, not being in the right place at the right time was never an issue. Throughout the day from the ceremony to the first dance Paul was there, not only taking all the relevant obligatory formal pictures but more importantly for us capturing all those unrehearsed, spur of the moment (and at times avant garde), candid shots. I am certain this attention to detail and unwillingness to put the camera down is not possible without a certain level of passion for the art. Paul and his assistant for the day (and wife) really made Sarah my particularly camera shy bride feel at ease resulting in some stunning shots which we shall treasure forever. The pictures underwent post production editing and were ready to view in under three weeks. I had no doubt some great moments had been captured but the final product exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul as a wedding photographer with professionalism, diligence, attention to detail, eye for the candid, outgoing but unobtrusive nature and above all a passion for photography.
